I love traveling, but unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to go out of the country, this is where Disney World’s Epcot comes into place. Two weeks ago my friend Amanda and I decided to go to the world showcase and try to make it look like we went on a European vacation. With a little prep, a whole lot of sweat, and lugging around a big backpack, we got it! So today, I thought I would give you all my best spots and tricks to the perfect photo shoot day at Disney! For a little bit of a background, I have been visiting Disney World since I was six years old, and have gone over 150 times! So I can proudly say that I know it like the back of my hand!
Prep- In my backpack, I had two outfits (one of them being for after the shoot so I could be comfy), a pair of sneakers, and anything I would need for touch-ups. I wore what would get the most wrinkled to the park and the smaller pair of shoes I would need. Which ended up being kitten heels, bad idea! I knew they weren’t comfortable and I should have worn slides until I got to the location! After I was all packed up and ready to go, so we’d get there once the park opened, Epcot opens at 9:30 am but, the world showcase doesn’t open up past Norway until 11:00 am.
Norway- Since you cannot go past Norway until 11 we figured we would get there at 10 and start shooting! We even had time to ride the Frozen ride with no wait! The spot we found in Norway was on the left of the restrooms/the right of the Elsa and Anna M&G.
Also if you’ve never been to Epcot, while you’re at the Norway Pavilion, the must eat there is the School Bread at Kringla Bakeri.
Italy- Next up is Italy! Italy doesn’t have a “bad” spot to get photos, so you are safe here! Although, my favorite place is right outside of Il Bel Cristallo on the bench! Must eat here is the pizza and a cannoli from Via Napoli Ristorante!
The United Kingdom- To end the photo shoot, we went to England! The United Kingdom Pavilion has the prettiest “Downtown” spot for photos and England opens at 10 am so you can get photos there while you wait for the rest of the World Showcase to open! The must eat here is, of course, fish and chips from the Yorkshire Country Fish Shop!
Now, this only 3 out of the 11 countries they have at Epcot, so if you want to see another post like this let me know! I can also make more Disney post if you want to see that as well.
